By the end of September shops start to stock up for the feast of Saint Nicholas, on the fifth of December.
The principal role is played by our finest chocolate letters, St. Nicholas-figurines, Peters and many other appropriate forms.
Both moulded as well as in solid traditional shapes, sprinkled with sugar pearls in seasonal colours.
